Close to the city CBD 3.5km, the Wesley hospital 350m, train station 350m, 1 km to Suncorp stadium , 9 minutes to CBD, Toowong shopping centre 1km and many cafes and shops. 2 Car spaces , ducted Dakin Airconditioning, large balcony with Large BBQ and pizza oven , Child friendly with port a cot and high chair available , bunk room sleeps 4, portacot , 2 Queen bedrooms 1 with Samsung 4k smart tv , ideal for 2 small families. 950meters to city cat terminal. Quiet street with park 150 meters. This unit has a small courtyard as well. Close to Botanical gardens, Lone pine sanctuary. The living area has a 55" Samsung 4k smart tv with Netflix and Stan for your viewing pleasure We have a strict no party no loud noise policy. No smoking and shoes left at the door please. NOTE: Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25. We require all guest to inform us ahead of time for any special request e.g cot, high chair, baby gear etc. These are subject to availability and needs to be requested in advance or you may contact the local baby hire places if items aren't available. No last minute request. **NOTE FOR NETFLIX: Due to the new no sharing restrictions. You will need to log into your own Netflix account. You will need to select traveling on your account.** NOTE: All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week. For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure.
