Sitting on the top floor with great views over the pool and trees towards Home beach across the road. Just a short walk maybe 5 minutes to the famous Straddie pub and the same distance to the beach and the bowls club that always has cheap family dinners. There is a huge balcony great for BBQs or sitting having a drink at the end of the day with friends and family. The combined living and dining room is over 30 m2 a great space and plenty of seating for everyone. The Unit is very light and has great ventilation with large windows and doors at the front and back allow a sea breeze to move through all day and night. Bathroom and Kitchen are very large and very well outfitted with just about everything you need to live on Straddie let alone just a holiday. Islander 21 has beenrenovated and re furnished in August 2019 all new furniture, bedding , dining table 8 seater inside , 6 seater next to the electric grill outside, new washing machine and dryer almost everything! The two bedrooms are both Air conditioned with brand new air conditioning units installed in 2019. Just a short 800 metre walk to the famous Straddie pub, 150 metres to the bowls club which is great for families and a few minutes to Home Beach - the location cannot get much better. There are two large balconies great for BBQs or sitting having a drink at the end of the day with friends and family. The front balcony overlooks the pool and tennis court whereas the back balcony looks into the National Park where in the late afternoon you have the chance to see Kangaroo’s, Koala’s, Curlew, Sea Eagles and fruit bats taking to the night sky. The combined living and dining room is over 30m2! a great space and plenty of seating for everyone. Huge sofa and a dining table for 8 take centre court. The Unit is very light and has great ventilation with large windows and doors at the front and back allowing a sea breeze to move through all day and night.
