Local attractions: The Herbig tree – the first Australian home of Friedrich Herbig, who married his wife Caroline in 1858, and lived in this tree home with their first 2 children. A quick round – if golf’s your bag, the Mount Pleasant 18 hole golf course is just 3km away from your cottage.
