Modernly furnished holiday apartment with a terrace and a wonderful view of Lake Ossiach. The holiday apartment has an anteroom, a cozy living room with a satellite flat-screen TV, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed (children), a fully equipped kitchen with a hob induction, oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster and a coffee machine (Nespresso), as well as a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower - all rooms have modern underfloor heating with digital thermostats. Towels and bed linen (organic cotton) are provided in the apartment. An exclusively reserved parking space is available free of charge in the underground car park in the house. Directly on the parking space there is a Wallbox (Typ 2) for charging your electric car - this is not included in the booking price and will be charged separately, please contact us upfront! A storage room for bicycles, SUP and sports- and skiing equipment is also available on the basement floor.

Lake Ossiach with bathing facilities and boat landing stage is just a few minutes walk away (Sattendorf lake beach 3 min/Gerlitzenbad 10 min). The Gerlitzen cabin lift station (Kanzelbahn) is 1.7 km away, the bus stop is right below the apartment. The "KärntenTherme Villach" /thermal bath/SPA) can be reached in approx. 20 min by car - spa/wellness, swimming and sauna in summer and winter! The Finsterbach waterfalls can be reached directly from the apartment in a 15-minute walk. The apartment is 5.4 km from Landskron Castle and 18 km from the Waldseilpark - Taborhöhe and Hornstein Castle is 34 km away. From the nearby ÖBB train station Sattendorf you can quickly reach the city of Villach by express train. There are numerous other (national/international) train connections from Villach station. The perfect location for numerous excursions: Wörthersee, Pyramidenkogel, Millstätter See, stalactite cave, summer toboggan run, Gerlitzen mountain for hiking and skiing, ski tours in winter, Affenberg (monkey mountain) and Adler Arena Burg Landskron, Alpenwildpark Feld am See, Minimundus and reptile zoo in Klagenfurt and much more. With the border triangle of Austria, Italy and Slovenia, excursions to Bled, Venice, Grado etc. are also possible. The nearest airport is Klagenfurt Airport (47 km).
