The completely renovated villa is located in an optimal spot for a vacation in Klagenfurt. There are 4 residential units (2 on the first floor, 2 on the upper floor) which can be rented individually or together. In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets, gas stations, but also restaurants are easily accessible. A bus stop is located directly in front of the house. To the lido Klagenfurt it is 2,7km and to the center 1,7km. To the next bike path at the Lendkanal it is 350m. Each unit is equipped with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen-living room.
