Hair dryer. Very comfortable bed. Ideal for 4 people/couple. Spacious. Quiet master sleeping room. Very clean. Very safe area with galleries. Babybed available. Perfect for long term stays in Vienna! Please respect, we are not a Hotel and we dont offer any services like a Hotel! You accept to rent a private home with all rights and obligations of a tenant of the house. You pay for the rental fee, operating costs for the house, the electricity, water, internet, ....

Your are in the middle of the "Freihausviertel" and at the "Karlsplatz" the main subway hub of Vienna. Where the creative scene makes it home, hip establishments are also booming. The Freihausviertel in the vicinity of the Naschmarkt is a big attraction with its numerous restaurants, bars and cafés. The Naschmarkt is a must for connoisseurs. In the neighboring Freihausviertel, small designer shops, modern galleries and a lively scene deliver urban flair. Schleifmühlgasse is an especially popular place for many galleries and trendy dining establishments to set up shop. On the corner of Schleifmühlgasse/Naschmarkt is the cozy Café Amacord.
