Property info

This original smelter house from 1725 was extensively converted in 2021 into a unique and cozy chalet. With a private garden, barbecue area and your own sauna, your exclusive starting point to explore the Mölltal. 5 minutes walk from the Ragga Gorge, directly on the Alpe Adria cycle path and just 10 kilometers from the valley station of the Mölltaler away from the glacier. Across the street is an original Austrian inn - the Gasthof Raggaschlucht with beer garden. The historic house has 4 bedrooms with a total of 9 beds. A fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, large living room with a flat-screen TV and free WiFi. A sauna with relaxation room as well as a spacious cloakroom ski dryer. The equipment in the chalet nestles elegantly on the natural wooden floor against the centuries-old beams. All rooms are individually designed. Three have their own bathroom en suite - one room for the children has a bathroom in the hallway. After a long day you can relax in the sauna. A relaxation room and the garden with a barbecue area invite you to relax a. There are 2 free parking spaces on site. Depending on the weather, these are not cleared. The house is designed for up to 9 adults and a maximum of one baby. Smaller groups or two families will feel special feel comfortable The room price includes VAT, electricity, heating, sauna, practical space, final cleaning and firewood for the barbecue area. Pets no matter how nice and no matter how small are unfortunately not allowed out of consideration for allergy sufferers.

Neighborhood info

The chalet is only a few minutes by car from the Mölltal Glacier. Quietly located 250 meters from the famous Ragga Gorge - on the low-traffic cycle path in Flattach. Diagonally opposite the Raggaschlucht inn with a beer garden and a unique view of the mountains.
