Our house combines modern elements with classic Austrian tradition and offers you and your loved ones a cosy retreat where you can relax in the sauna, in the whirlpool, in the three comfortable bedrooms, in the shared large living and dining area as well as in the over 2000 m² garden on the hillside or go to the oper festival! We offer you a fantastic view of the Alps from all parts of the house, especially above the house and from the sauna! We offer you the following: -Sauna with alpine view and direct outdoor shower (usable all year round) -Outdoor whirlpool with alpine view (usable all year round) -3 bedrooms (mattresses can be laid out for eight people!) -transparent insect screens in front of all windows -2 large bathrooms with rain shower and a WC on the ground floor -2 terraces with new furniture and parasols -new deckchairs to relax on the lower terrace -Upper terrace with alpine panorama, power connections, new furniture and parasols (sunset paradise!) -Large dining table in the living & dining area -transparent insect screens in front of all windows -Cozy living area with 5.1 system, new TVs and a new cosy couch -Electric charging station included -WLAN via Starlink included -Baby cot, high chair etc. -bed linen & towels included -great shopping facilities in Hallein (max. 10 minutes away by car) -Restaurants nearby (Hallein and Salzburg)
The house is located on a great hillside and offers great activities and retreats for the whole family! Whether a cosy evening under a sunset on the terrace above the house on the slope (not yet visible in the photos - new photos will be added in spring) or sunbathing after the sauna on the main terrace in front of the house under a parasol - just let yourself be pampered! Our house is also perfect for dogs and four-legged friends are very welcome! The city centre of Salzburg can be easily reached by car in about 20 minutes. The house was built for the festival and combines luxurious facilities (sauna, whirlpool, PV, storage, electric charging point, new bathrooms) with classic Austrian flair and easy accessibility. The house is located close to many ski resorts and therefore offers you the perfect opportunity to relax after skiing! The following ski areas are within easy reach: Krispl lift for beginners (8 minutes away) Zinkenlifte - Dürrnberg (15 minutes) Golling an der Salzach (20 minutes) Gaissau-Hintersee (15 minutes) Karkogel-Abtenau (40 minutes) Wolfgangsee (35 minutes) Ski Amade (50 minutes) Dachstein West (45 minutes) You are welcome to charge your electric car for free! A new Stokke Tripp Trapp is available as well as other smaller accessories for babies and toddlers! A new washing machine and a new tumble dryer are available as well as new deckchairs!
