Surrounded by an immaculate one-acre garden, mature trees, this traditional house offers the perfect place to stay, crystal clear swimming pool, a gated garden, a quiet bay window to sit, read or sleep, are some of the amenities. There are four bedrooms with a queen bed and six twin beds, a cozy kitchen, a spacious dinning and living room brightened by a recycled wood bay window. This is not just any house on the market; it is a one-of-a-kind special place that you are sure to love.
Please let us know in advance of any possible need or advice for places to visit, restaurants or any travel related matter because we really want you to have the greatest stay. Please contact us by phone or email.
Most after sought are in Mendoza. Tranquility, very nice garden with old trees. Can walk to market and the center of the village. For winery visits a car is recommended. Chacras de Coria is a unique village 20 minutes south of downtown Mendoza. Here you will find many restaurants, bars and shops, Chacras is one of the most desirable places to stay in Mendoza. There is another small house separated by a fence where the cohosts live at the corner of the property. The driveway is shared with them. There are four parking lots inside the property, three are exclusively for this rental. There is also plenty of space for parking but without a roof. You can get everything without a car, there are restaurants, bakeries, supermarket at walking distance. But we recommend a car for traveling to visit wineries, shopping, etc. Bikes can be rented from bike stores in Chacras.
