Private room with en-suite bathroom in a shared apartment in Nueva Córdoba, perfect for exploring the city. Enjoy views of the city centre, privacy, and comfort. Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, and dining area. While the location is central, weekend noise won't disturb your rest. Towels and toiletries are provided.
I'm Solange. I love interacting with travelers, sharing recommendations, and helping with anything you need, always respecting your privacy. In the house, it's my mother, my sister, and I, along with our pets. Although we aren’t always all here at the same time, there will always be someone available to welcome you and assist you. I, Solange, personally take care of all the details of your stay. We enjoy having guests, sharing spaces, and engaging in conversations, but if you prefer a quieter atmosphere, we will respect your space. There is another room that is also rented out, so you might share the house with another guest. Venus and Nala, our cats, and Mia, our dog, will be happy to keep you company during your stay.
The accommodation is located in a residential area of Nueva Córdoba, just two blocks from Plaza España. The location is ideal, combining peace and quiet with proximity to the city's main attractions. We are three blocks from Güemes, known for its bars, breweries, and restaurants; three blocks from Parque Las Tejas; five blocks from Ciudad Universitaria; seven blocks from Patio Olmos; and nine blocks from the city centre.
