La Casa del Parque is a Bed and Breakfast in the style of a Boutique Hotel. The property has a unique style setting, thinking of the time of its construction with the aim of accentuating that period of time when things were simpler, the treatment more personal and life more peaceful. The property is a beautiful former family home from the late 70's adapted for that purpose; which combines: marble floors, pinotea wood, parquet floors and many details typical of that period of time. We sought to restore it and give it back the imprint it once had, while modernizing it by buying everything new regarding: furniture, mattresses and bed bases, LED lights, refrigerators, Smart TVs, air conditioners in all rooms, etc. In addition, artifacts typical of that time and vintage - modern decoration were incorporated to achieve a connection between the past and the present. All our rooms are private with private bathroom and they have air conditioning and heating. They also have a safe and include Smart TVs with streaming platforms. We have 100% white cotton sheets with 300 or 600 threads, which provide softness and freshness. We do not use polyester sheets. We include daily room cleaning free of charge. Our accommodation includes breakfast and it is made up entirely of top brand products. Another detail is that it is personalized in terms of the schedule that goes from 7am to 11am and is prepared at the exact time requested by our guests. The garden has a large pool, with beautiful majolica tiles, of generous dimensions; Its length is: 8.20m, width: 2.95m and depth: 1.40m. We also have tables, chairs, umbrellas and lounge chairs. We have recently incorporated a 120-inch cinema in our living room that includes Chromecast, an electric projection screen and has streaming platforms.

We are two brothers, Juan Pablo and Fernando, who started this business with two clear objectives: the first was to create a place that provided personal and preferential attention to the guest, and the second was to ensure that everything in the property was in optimal condition. So far we believe we have met these objectives, but we are working hard to continue improving. We like to hear about people's experiences and lives; we believe that we learn something from each person we interact with. We both dedicate ourselves fully to this business; therefore, we are at the disposal of our clients, whether to advise them on: places to eat, wineries to visit, wine shops, places of interest, tourism, adventure tourism, city tours, etc., or to resolve any kind of unforeseen events that may arise during the trip.
