Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, and spacious galleries with garden views and hammocks, Adalgisa has chic rooms with iPod docking stations in Chacras de Coria. The property includes a vineyard and guests are treated with a free glass of wine every evening. Finca Adalgisa has comfortable rooms styled with an earth-toned palette and natural fabrics. Rooms feature air conditioning, minibars and private bathrooms with showers. A full breakfast with regional jams and juices is served daily at Adalgisa, and guests can enquire about cooking lessons. Downtown Mendoza and the main bus station are 15 km away. Bike rental is available. Francisco Gabriello Airport is 25 km away.

Gabriela Furlotti didn’t set out to build Mendoza’s first boutique hotel or start producing wine. Both were a consequence of trying to preserve her family’s five-acre plot of land, a farm where they’ve lived for three generations. In 2001, Gabriela debuted Finca Adalgisa’s 11 homey rooms and suites surrounded by picturesque vineyards and fruit orchards. She still lives on the property and warmly welcomes guests with personal service, authentic Argentine asados (barbecues) and fun grape harvest activities. Passion, patience, perseverance and an enormous amount of focus and commitment. I’ve never embarked on a project for the sole purpose of making money, and I hope I never do. Finca Adalgisa is a little paradise with its own park and an old vineyard of Malbec vines which are over 100 years old. On the Finca we have a small winery, where we producer our own Finca Adalgisa Malbec, which can be enjoyed every evening at the Finca’s wine bar, which is only open for hotel guests. We are one of the first family Finca in the area that opened its doors for visitors. The place is very special and we offer an experience of staying at a classical Finca. Our rooms are simple but nice and clean. Finca Adalgisa offers the perfect combination between the rural lifestyle and living in a small, bit lively village. Guests might hear the birds sing and maybe our neighbor's dogs bark, as well as the noise of the cars passing by the Finca. The Finca is within walking distance of the restaurants, cafes and wineries of the village of Chacras de Coria and its central square. There are dogs and several cats living on the Finca, who are loved by the owners, staff and guests. The dogs are allowed into the wine bar and into the communal areas, but not into the rooms.

A charming suburb 20 minutes outside Mendoza’s city center, Chacras de Coria is a residential area that has transformed into an extension of downtown Mendoza. It offers quaint boutiques, notable wineries, and some of the city’s finest restaurants. Explore the area by bicycle, stopping to stroll through Plaza de Chacras, where you’ll find Iglesia Nuestra Señora del Perpetuo Socorro, an enchanting church and treasured architectural gem.
