Wake up to panoramic views over Lago Gutierrez, native Patagonian forest and the Catedral ski fields. Casa Huilco, in beautiful San Carlos de Bariloche is recently built (2020), extended (2023) and is an extremely light, beautifully decorated home with unbeatable views. The house is fully self contained on a 800m2 block of land. Downstairs there is a bedroom (queen bed), with an en-suite bathroom, bathtub with a view and dressing room/study. Upstairs is another bedroom (queen bed), a laundry/storage area, bathroom, a large kitchen/dining/living space and a large deck. The house has incredible views of Lago Gutierrez and the ski fields, which can be enjoyed outside from the deck, or inside (the lakeside of the house is floor-ceiling double glazed glass windows). The house is centrally heated with radiators, well insulated, and full of natural light, making it cozy year-round. There is an air-conditioning unit in the main living areas for hot days. WiFi (cable) and TV (Netflix and Flow streaming services) are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, gas cooktop, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and all crockery and cutlery. There is a washing machine and drying rack available for you to use. There is also an alarm system and a barbecue outside. Free, secure parking is available.
The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood overlooking Lago Gutierrez. We recommend you have a private vehicle, as there is not a lot of public transportation in the area.
