We recently built this house on a spacious private lot with its own garden of over 600 m2. It features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a lobby, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a heater, bed linen, towels, complete tableware for 4 people, a refrigerator, a sofa, Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, WiFi and a mini chulengo grill. We equipped it thinking about all the details to make your stay very comfortable. The house is ideal for a family or a couple, and it stands out for its brightness and its location in the area with the most natural attractions in Bariloche.
We live with our son Lorenzo very close to Casa Amancay. We are dedicated to education, and Fede is also a tourist guide and studied environmental science. Both of us share the desire to welcome tourists and be the hosts of this incredible place that is Bariloche. This is why we built this house with a lot of effort and dedication, so that you feel at home.
Casa Amancay is located in the heart of Circuito Chico, the most touristy area of Bariloche. It is situated 1.5 km from the nearest beach on Lake Nahuel Huapi, less than a 1 km from a commercial area, and 4 km from the Llao Llao Hotel, Puerto Pañuelo, and Llao Llao Municipal Park. This entire area is highly chosen for its access to various lakes, trails, forests, viewpoints, restaurants, tea houses, and breweries. The neighborhood itself is in full development, with families establishing in the area, which is why we look for calm profiles in our guests.
