Las instalaciones se encuentran ubicadas en un entorno eco friendly siendo respetuoso con el medio ambiente, el predio se encuentra cerrado con estacionamiento privado
nuestro interés en generar un ambiente cómodo y natural donde se pueda encontrar cada huésped con la privacidad personal resguardada nuestras políticas reflejan el cuidado del medio ambiente siendo nuestro fuerte el cultivo personal como el compostaje y resguardo de desechos naturales el predio se encuentra cuidado y atendido por sus propios dueños quien su actividad principal diaria radica en el cuidado de sus viveros nuestro mayor compromiso es generar un ambiente limpio cómodo y silencioso donde cada huésped pueda tener un momento de privacidad y conexión con la naturaleza.
la zona es boscosa con numerosas actividades naturales que la rodean (trekking, lagunas, lagos, cabalgatas entre otras.... el complejo se encuentra ubicado en un barrio residencial el cual cuanta en sus inmediaciones con sanatorios/ supermercados/ auto despensas y servicios de transporte como acceso a servicios turísticos.
