Family-owned top floor apartment located in the safest neighborhood in Vlora. The apartment is ideal for couples, families or groups of friends who want a convenient location. Services such as pharmacy, health center, grocery stores, supermarkets, barbershop, restaurants, bars, and especially the sea are only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is 170 m2 and has 3 large bedrooms, 2 common areas, two bathrooms, and a huge terrace. Each area is spacious, where each room has a private balcony and air conditioning installed. The interior was designed by my late father, a photographer who loved art and mythology, therefore the apartment is called Venus and many ornaments and paintings can be found around. The highlight of the apartment is the terrace, which is to be shared with 3 turtles who have lived there since 2010. They can be territorial, but if you give them some salad, maybe you will be lucky enough to get a turtle smile in return xP. Our family consists of Magdalena, Irna, Flavio and Arked and we are available to you 24/7 for anything. We are very friendly, communicative and welcoming and will be very happy to have you as our guests.
