Located 250 metres away from a beach in Ksamil, John's Guesthouse provides air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi access. A balcony with a view of the sea is provided in each unit. The private bathrooms are fitted with a shower. A view of the garden and the mountains is available as well. Guesthouse John's provides guests with a restaurant and a bar. A terrace and a garden are also available. The UNESCO-protected Butrint archaeological site is 4.5 km away from the property. The city of Sarande can be reached in 12 km. Free private parking is provided on site.
