A conventional double and twin bed, dressing table, roomy built-in wardrobe, glass table, and two chairs are included in the master bedroom. A complete bathroom is located beside the bedroom. A TV and a comfy couch are located in the living room, and a single bed is located adjacent to the balcony. The living room is next to a large dining room with a four-seat dining table. The kitchen facilities include a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, cleaning materials, and cooking equipment. The balcony has a table and seats to enjoy the lakeside view of Yas Island, Ferrari World, and Sea World. • A hair dryer is located near the mirror in each restroom. • Each visitor is provided with shower gel, • soaps, • toothpaste, • towels, • comforts, and pillows. • Upon request, a baby cot, highchair, or other necessities can be provided. Our visitors can use the well-stocked gym, and the swimming pool for relaxation. In addition to having a children's play area and 24-hour security, the property is also under constant CCTV camera observation. The building provides 24-hour concierge services.
