The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a spacious living room with dining and TV areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with a place to relax and smoke. The apartment is ideal for a comfortable stay for a family of 4 people, but can easily accommodate 6 people, including children. It is very cozy and here has everything you need for a full-fledged stay and rest.
I am putting all my strength, skills and heart into making my guests feel cared for, comfortable and cozy. My other favorite activity is teaching kids to play the piano.
My apartment is located in the building Tongo of Pacific residential complex located on the artificial island of Marjan in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Pacific is located right on the shore of a small cove with a sandy beach. Restaurants, bars, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a beauty salon, and a laundry are located on the lower floors of the Pacific residential complex. Marjan Island goes away from the coast into the waters of the Arabian (Persian) Gulf for 5 kilometers and is connected to the mainland by a road. Resorts are located on the island, the first casino in the Arab world and luxury villas are being built. There are no construction sites in the immediate vicinity of Pacific. A 20-minute drive from Pacific to the north along the coast is the capital of the emirate, Ras Al Khaimah, with numerous restaurants, shopping malls, a fish market, a mangrove forest and other attractions. A 20-minute drive from Pacific to the south along the coast is the resort area of the emirate of Umm Al Qaywayn with aquapark and other entertainment. A one-hour drive to the south is Dubai, and to the east is the Indian Ocean.
