A newly renovated and fully equipped studio-appartement with balcony, partial sea view, private beach access, pool, sauna, gym, tennis and basketball court. Perfect for vacation, staycation or workation… These studios amenities comprise Wi-Fi, TV, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave…
I am very active and love to travel and see new places around the world. That's why my accommodations are always designed in such a way that they can give me a feeling of home. When I am at home, I look for a nice and relaxed atmosphere. I am social and love meeting new people and new cultures.
Pacific, Al Marjan Island is a residential complex located on Al Marjan Island. It is known for its beachfront setting and breath-taking views. The complex has a secluded beach with direct access for residents. The rooftop has excellent amenities including swimming pools, tennis courts and basketball courts. There is also a health club, indoor and outdoor gym with jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms. The building has many retail shops on the ground floor and two supermarkets. It is situated 45-minute away from Dubai International Airport.
