This stylish 1 bedroom apartment is located in Madinat Jumeirah Living, near iconic Burj Al Arab hotel. The apartment is well equipped with all necessities appliances. Free parking is available on premies. A perfect stay for short or long trip. Important Note: - Additional housekeeping services are available on request at an additional charge. -Early check-in or late checkout with extra charges and it’s subject to availability. -Lost Access Card charges will be 300 AED per card. - Smoking is strictly prohibited in this apartment including Balcony. Fine will be charged AED 1,500 for deep cleaning upon check-out. As your hosts, we're committed to making your stay enjoyable. We're available to assist you with any questions, or address any concerns you may have.

MJL ( Madinat Jumeirah Living) is one of the best rating location in Dubai, just opposite of the iconic Burj Al Arab. The open space along with relaxing environment and surrounding by major Dubai destinations such as Burj Al Arab, Wild Wadi Water Park, Public beach and Souk Madinat Jumeirah with several bars and restaurants are walking distance. There are also kids center/school right in front of the building. The nearest shopping mall is Mall of the Emirates, 3.9 km away, approximately 7 minutes drive. The free parking is available on the premise. For Taxi, Uber and Careem are a great options too. Bus station is 1.1 km away, 15 mins walk. Mall of Emirates is two stations away. If you enjoy exploring the city by walking, it is a great location for you!
