El Tarter es un pueblo acogedor de montaña, situado en el pleno centro de la estación de esquí de Grandvalira, a pocos minutos del Parque Natural de Vall d ́ Incles. Los apartamentos gozan de acceso fácil y directo al área de pistas y actividades de nieves, rutas de senderismo y parque natural de Vall de Incles están a la vuelta de la esquina. Una variedad de restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados se encuentran a pocos minutos de camino, en el centro del resort.
