The place was amazing and very well located and secure. The owner, Jacqualine, was a lovely lady super responsive and very helpful, and she gave us great recommendations about the activities around the area. The place was cozy and clean. THE BIG is a newly renovated Luxury Hostel in Green Point, Cape Town and is the first of its kind. One of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. The staff was dedicated, kind, and super ready to help you in any way you might need, going way above and beyond what they are required to do. Facilities are great, as are the common areas. Really nice communal breakfast. There is a business area where you can go for work calls/quiet time. Loved this place, and especially the people.

We spend our two nights at the hostel bar : the staff was super friendly and drinks very affordable. Would definitely recommend it !
