Great staff, wonderful environment and an incredible experience. A trip to Johannesburg is incomplete without staying here.

Situated in Cullinan, Bungalows and Party Venue at Sunset Guesthouse has a garden, shared lounge, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. I loved the hospitality of the people. They went out of their way to make it a nice experience. They arranged a projector for us when we wanted to watch the Rugby. We got freshly baked bread for dinner. It was an overall great experience.

Authentic African Bicycle Tours and Back Packers is situated in Soweto, 2 km from Orlando Stadium. The property has a garden with thatched roof and barbecue facilities. Traveling for the first time into this part of "historical" South Africa and after hearing about the negative stuff, I wasn't sure how it will be, but "Lungi" made it a "smooth" ride. He knows many people around and will help you out in getting rid of the negative perceptions/stereotypes you have about this place. He can also spontaneously organize tours and guide you in showing different places around Jo'burg/Soweto. After staying here, I can say that staying here was better than in staying in Jo'burg. The room & the toilets are clean...and no mosquitoes (at least inside the room). So, it was a learning & a great stay! :)

Everything exceeded my expectations, honestly pictures on the website don’t do it any justice, it looks way better in person. The location is perfect, safe and secure, the is a solar system, so no load shedding, and free breakfast (might be basic but since it’s free it’s cool)

Stay Inn Lodge Randfontein is situated in Randfontein, within 38 km of Cradle of Humankind and 38 km of Gold Reef City Casino. Everything was fine the room was clean too.

Honestly, I don't understand the reviews here. I was expecting something horrible, but it's actually a nice hostel. I liked this: Room: clean, good bed Staff: everyone friendly Location: Fantastic, in a safe area (Rosebank), near Gautrain station (easy connection to Sandton, Airport, Pretoria, and so on). Less than 5 minutes walk to 24/7 grocery store. Near is a coffee shop and in a walkable distance is Rosebank mall (restaurants, shops). Shower: clean, hot water Laundry service: cheap, fast.
