The property itself was in a central location in Sapa town and walking distance to Cat Cat village. The hotel was clean, comfortable and breakfast was the best we’ve had during our trip to Vietnam! The manager Mia was the highlight of our stay here. She was so kind and accommodated our 1 am arrival from the bus without any issue. She even upgraded our room when a new one was available! If we come back to Sapa, we will definitely be staying here again.

The house itself is brand new, clean and in a convenient location. It was cold when I arrived and they had a heater under the mattress already on for me. The family with their 3 young kids are super sweet, both the wife and husband are guides so the wife Xi Xi guided me on a walk through the valley the first day and taught me about the local culture and area and the husband Dơ organized for me to hike Fansipan mountain and took me up there my second day, for a better price than I could have gotten elsewhere. He even had a little medal and certificate for me at the top. Dơ was a chef before and the food was very delicious with generous proportions. Xi Xi always prepared a delicious breakfast with and option of soup or eggs and fresh fruit. When I needed to go to Sapa early to catch my bus Dơ took me on the motorbike. All in all a perfect place with wonderful hosts from which to explore the area :)

Flaco Hostel Sapa terletak di Sa Pa, 5.2km dari Stesen Kereta Kabel Fansipan Legend dan 12-minit berjalan kaki dari Sa Pa Stone Church. The wifi was strong- was able to work remotely, the room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The staff went out of our way to help!

Our stay here was great! There's always someone at the lobby greeting us whenever we leave or return for the day. Room comes with shampoo and bar soap, toothpaste and toothbrush. The owner, Tuong helped us with the booking of the bus to our next destination too! He also recommended us a contact for motorbike rental during our days in Sapa. We had a good view from our room, seeing the town colorfully lit at night from above.

The location is very near all our target tourist spots to visit. The room is clean and the view is ok (unfortunately foggy furing our stay tho) The service is very good. The ladies were friendly and welcoming at the reception. Good location and clean. Good value. It is more like a hotel than their name Hostel. We enjoyed our stay.

The lady who owned the hostel was really lovely we communicated through google translate when we needed to. She had two cute kitties as well. The size of the room was a lot bigger than expected and we had a nice view. It was really good value for money.
