Small enough to get to know everyone – staff and guests – but big enough for there to be a nice vibe. The owner of the hostel is such a nice guy, really helpful and kind throughout my stay. I’ve recommended this place to people via word-of-mouth, but 100% recommend you stay here!

The owner let us arrive early at 8 am but charged us half the cost of a night for early access. The room was very sweet though small, with a comfortable bed, good storage space and a clean ensuite bathroom. There was also a balcony in the hall next to our room. There was good air-conditioning which was much appreciated. The location is not far from the Hindu temple so it was a quick walk there. It is farther away from the beach and the night market but we just grabbed there and back. The beach is only maybe a 20 minute walk so we just walked that far for our swim.
