Conveniently situated in the centre of Da Nang, Khang Homestay provides air-conditioned rooms, free bikes, free WiFi and a garden. They have male dorm and beds have privacy curtains and lockers underneath. The location is good if you are more interested in the cultural attractions instead of in the beach. You can also reach the airport on foot (2.5 km). The staff (it is a family business, basically run by the father who is the only English speaker) was nice: they offer motorbike for rent and also give a bicycle for free. They let you use the fridge, but it would be more "complicated" to use the kitchen. Wi-Fi was good and the place was clean.
