Situated in Odesa and with Otrada Beach reachable within 1.2 km, Smart Hostel features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a garden, free WiFi throughout the property and a shared lounge. Despite there being no electricity because of Russian bombing, the staff welcomed me and made me feel at home. The hostel is below ground level so safer if there is an attack. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and prepared for guests even though there were only 3 staying at the time. Hopefully if there are better days in Odesa's future, it will be full of travelers again
