Situated in Taipei and with Taipei Main Station reachable within less than 1 km, Old Door Hostel & Bar features a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. The location is phenomenal - so central and easily walkable from the main train and bus stations. Extremely easy to get to from the airport and the area is super nice and walkable. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The bed was great and felt private. The staff was kind and the communal space was nice. Breakfast is nice, albeit with a limited selection to choose from.

I heard that they’re just open in 2024. Very pretty decorations. The bed is soft and comfortable enough. They prepare everything you need. Plus the washing machine and dryer is free.

Conveniently situated in the Xinyi District district of Taipei, WORK INN at Taipei 101 is set 800 metres from Taipei 101, 3.3 km from Taipei Arena and 3.5 km from Raohe Street Night Market. Nice room/capsule, very functional. The upper level bed design gives a little more room than the low bed (on the floor). Great location for transportation or walking to 101 and shopping area. Good kitchen, small common areas.

Ideally located in the Datong District district of Taipei, Meander 1948 Hostel - Taipei Main Station is set less than 1 km from Ningxia Night Market, a 10-minute walk from Taipei Main Station and 1.3... Fantastic location, really close to Taipei Main Station which makes it easy to get around the city. I stayed in a private room which was perfect for me - spacious, comfortable and had everything I needed. Common area was really nice, and a great place to chill and it was also really handy having access to the washing machine and dryer. The breakfast vouchers were also a great inclusion and meant I ended up enjoying local breakfasts I otherwise may not have found! I loved the building and how they provided information about the history of the building and the restoration works done to create this hostel. The staff were also really nice. Would definitely love to stay here again next time I’m in Taipei!
