Well located in the West District district of Taichung, Star Hostel Taichung Parklane is located on the top floors of Green Park Lane Shopping Centre. It is 700 metres from Kuangsan SOGO Dept. This was perhaps the best hostel I stayed at in Taiwan. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and English speaking which was comforting. I had my own small private room which was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The cooked breakfast was superb and the added snacks and drinks available during the day. The Japanese style seating area was warm and comfortable with a great view. Was also very central located and easy to get around!

Attractively located in the centre of Taichung, TG Hostel - stay together features air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge and free WiFi. Great location, close to buses and laundry machines across the road. Staff were really friendly and after the earthquake, were fine with me staying in the same room and booking another night.

Set in the Central District of Taichung, Loosha Hostel is only 900 metres away from Taichung Train Station. The staff Pei was very helpful she is resourceful and give a lot suggestions on the itinerary. The hostel is in good location. I enjoy my stay.

Stray Birds Taichung Hostel is set in Taichung. Popular points of interest nearby include Kuangsan SOGO Dept. Store and National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts. Rooftop is awesome and fancy, especially the night view. The shower is separated for two area, wet and dry, with small bucket to put your phone and room key. Also like the honest mini bar, the price is reasonable and well-equipped kitchen. It seems like a good place to gather with friends.

Well managed accommodation near the train station. Clean with carefully maintained facilities, everything looked new! Staff is excellent and friendly. Well priced private room which included even breakfast. Enjoyed my stay!

Situated in Dajia, 31 km from Fengjia Night Market, 福棧 Full.Inn features air-conditioned accommodation and a shared lounge. The staff and manager were incredibly kind! The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the heart of culture and activities. Highly recommend!
