Easy to find and located not far from entering old street. Max (owner I guess) was very friendly and provided good advice on things to do.

Only a 2-minute walk from Ruifang Railway Station, FC Hostel-Ruifang Station offers accommodation with free WiFi. Each bed in dormitory has an individual reading light, a bed-side curtain and sockets.... Location is close to food, transportation and sightings in Northeast of Taipei. I did the entire hikes along the coastal line from keelung port to bitou cape and also few interesting trails in the area.

Fish Hostel is located in New Taipei City, a 10-minute walk from New Taipei City Yingge Ceramics Museum. It has a garden and a terrace where guests may unwind with a free cup of coffee. Was there on a bike tour and it was not far from the cycling route no. 1 path. Great convenient location opposite of the train station, some good places to eat nearby. The hostel is a very cosy place and I felt like at home. Room was spacious, very bright and top clean. There are also well kept public areas. Best place on my trip through Taiwan so far.
