Also gave us a tour of the facilities in a helpful and efficient manner. Everything was very well kept and clean, all the essentials for a backpacker were available and clearly organized.

The hotel is near the Formosa boulevard station and just in the middle of Liouhe night market. I'm very satisfied with the room. It is clean and spacious. The room has a space to hang our laundry suitable for travelers. The price is very reasonable. The hotel also provide water dispenser and tea sachet, disposable toiletries and the staff can communicate in english

Single Inn-Kaohsiung Station is located in Kaohsiung, 400 metres from Liouhe Tourist Night Market and 400 metres from Kaohsiung. The rooms come with a shared bathroom. I enjoyed the male-only floors with the ability to visit the onsen. The facilities was walking distance to Kaohsiung Main Station.

Located just steps away from MRT Houyi Station (Exit 4), Paper Plane Hostel offers accommodation in Kaohsiung. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Good location, less than a minute walk to the metro station. Hostel is on the 10th floor of the building (there is an elevator) and both the room and common area had pretty city views through the windows. Comfortable bed with privacy curtains. Staff was very warm, helpful and professional. Everything really clean, including the bathrooms/showers. Fun common area with a kitchen and free drinks.
