Nice hotel with great location.
Spacious room with all the things you need. Such as safety box, kettle, Stocked fridge with beer and drinks, You can use the hotel free bicycle. Night market is nearby. Staff is extremely helpful. They even check the room when you check out to make sure you don't leave anything behind.
Sparkling clean, spacious and nicely furnished. We had two rooms next to each other. Owners and staff were lovely. Good choice for breakfast and they were happy to adapt to vegan. Great location, walking distance to everything Mae Sot offers. We used as a base either side of a trip to the border - they were happy for us to leave luggage and even did our laundry while we were away. Would happily book again.
Very cheap, only pay for the room.
Simply said.....genuine.....loads backpackers the host is doing a really good job and everyone was feeling between friends.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located on the river front with fantastic views of the river and the mountains from our room, which was very spacious. Dinner was excellent and very cheap. It was served next to the pool with views across the river - a great location. Probably the best place to eat in town.
