Great value - the hostel exceeded my expectations. Very kind staff that spoke good English. Great location next to wat. Good communication from staff. The hostel itself is very calm (even if the bars in the area aren't, haha) and there's a cute neighborhood cat that hangs around on the patio. Surprisingly comfy beds. Complementary coffee, tea and toast was nice.

The staff was very nice, friendly. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Location is perfect. Easy access to the historical park. 30 sec to Wat Ratchaburana. I could also rent a bicycle through the property.

One of the hostesses speaks English and she is great if you have any doubts about what to do and they have good prices for tuk tuk and some transportation. The breakfast on the mornings is great, even you might have a little of porridge. It is a little variety of sweet and salt local food. Try to not wake up so early if you want to try it !

Situated in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, within 3.2 km of Wat Mahathat and 3.6 km of Chao Sam Phraya National Museum, JD hostel offers free WiFi throughout the property. I loved everything. Especially the owner who is extremely generous and kind, he even drove 6 km to bring me my scarf that I had forgotten in the room. What a kindhearted soul. The spot is nice and quiet, Aircon works perfectly, the room has a fan, 7~11 just outside, and the local shop owners in the area are amazing and very welcoming. The mattress was super comfy, and everything was perfect. I would visit again and highly recommend this to anyone looking to visit Ayutthaya.

Everything was perfect, they explainned me every activity and place to visit around. They gave me a few recommendations, one of them about local food and it was delicious. The room and toilets were very clean. I will go without any doubt again, I didn’t want to leave.
