The accomodation has a common terrace, where you can enjoy your breakfast. Our room did not have a terrace, but there are rooms that have private ones, so you just have to pick what you need :) The parking is very easy, just at the accomodation. Location was great for us, in a quiet area.

Hostel Xaxid adalah rumah Istrian yang telah dipugar di lokasi pedesaan yang tenang di Zazid, 20 km dari Koper. Akomodasi ini menawarkan Wi-Fi gratis, dapur bersama, dan teras bersama. A very friendly owner Dusan, we were there for the second time and will probably return. Very close to many places in Italy and Slovenia, even Croatia. I strongly recommend it!

Everything was perfect, but especially the flexibility of Doris. I arrived after midnight, so way after check in time, but she arranged everything, so that I can get in my room without any issue. Very much appreciated :)
