Beautiful old gard, only little walk away from the ferry, and so much peace and quiet! Lovely host, exceptional breakfast from fresh and local ingredients, great stay, would love to move in!

Located in the centre of Stockholm’s Old Town, this hostel is 3 minutes’ walk from the Gamla Stan Metro Station. It features a communal, fully equipped kitchen, along with bright, fresh rooms. Paula was super nice and it was a wonderful welcome to Stockholm! The hostel is right in the center of Gamla Stan and it’s a 5 minute walk to any destination in old town. We stayed in a twin room and it was very cozy, and all of the common areas and bathrooms were well-kept. It was very clean and organized, and we never had to wait to use any facility. I absolutely loved this hostel and would definitely stay again if I were ever to return to Stockholm!

Þetta farfuglaheimili er til húsa í enduruppgerðri fangelsisbyggingu frá 19. öld og er staðsett á hinni miðlægu eyju Långholmen í Stokkkhólmi. Very comfortable and centrally located hostel. We stayed for New Years and were beyond happy with the value for money. Always fun to stay accomodation that commits to a theme and Långholmen does it very well.

I stay with Generator Stockholm not less then 10 times...I like the location the most! As I also work in Abisko Hostel, I always prepared the rooms for guests to check in early...I really happy this time I checked in Generator Stockholm 09:40am after the long artic train, Tack!

This hostel is set in a 19th-century building, 500 metres from Stockholm Central Station and 5 minutes’ walk from Drottninggatan shopping street. WiFi internet, evening sauna and pasta are free. Great facilities with many bathrooms available around the hostel, a well-equipped kitchen, and a laundry room. Convenient and a great price for a one-night stay.

Nomad Gardet er þægilega staðsett í Östermalm-hverfinu í Stokkhólmi, 2,7 km frá Skansen-útisafninu og 2,7 km frá ABBA. Safnið og 3 km frá Gröna Lund-skemmtigarðinum. It was clean, the staff was very helpful and polite, especially when we couldn't access our room as they forgot to send us the code for the room itself. There is a bus during the night that can take you to the central train/bus station, but you have to be careful as it's not at every hour.
