The staff was amazing, we couldn't arrive before 9pm and they waited for us and gave us a lot of good information. Besides that, the breakfast is good and it's in a good location.

Breakfast was great and they prepared it early so I could depart for the Camino at 7am. The pool and facilities were excellent. The family was extremely service oriented and made sure I had everything I needed.

It feels more like a bed and breakfast than a hostel if you reserve a private room. The room was impeccably clean, very comfortable, and breakfast was quite satisfying! The owners were also so thoughtful and kind, and take amazing care of the property! Even though it was a little rainy, the hiking nearby was really pretty, and it’s easy to hike or drive to explore a few of the schist villages from Lousã. We’d be thrilled to return!!
