The entire service was excellent, I think it exceeded any expectations and it is worth highlighting that the charisma in the service is excellent, from the employees to the hosts.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hostel is located in a part of town where there was ample parking. It was easy to walk to Castelo Branco's castle and to area shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Area maps were available at the desk. The breakfast provided was super. There were a lot of choices available.
