Hello Hostel & Apartments is situated in central Bielsko-Biala. Its location provides easy access to the centre of town as well as the numerous historical sights. We liked the value, the location, cleanliness, that the furnishings and layout was creatively done, decent quality, spacious, and very comfortable. My husband and I were in a double with private bath. There was also a pullout couch for a child or 3rd guest. I had worried that the place might be overrun by unwashed, young backpackers or families with young noisy children, but in fact it was quiet. We stayed 3 nights mid-September 2024.

There are shared bathrooms but that is the reason it is a bit cheaper. If you are travelling alone for 1-2 nights, this is an excellent option. The owner communicates fast and makes her/his best to make you feel welcomed. You have a coffee machine, coffee and sugar.... and a living room with a huge TV...that was a nice bonus

We wanted to extend our stay in the accomodation by a day and the host accomodated this and let us stay in the same room. Two shared bathrooms so takes the pressure of people wanting to use it at the same time.
