Staff were very accommodating and helpful with all our requests, food were delivered to us despite staying at 4th floor, we also had an assist for carrying multiple luggages to our room. My husband and I loved the dipping pool, absolutely enjoyed the view. Great advantage on the internet connection (200+ mbps for the upload and 150+ for DL) which allowed me to do my remote work while on a vacay.
