It is about 5 minutes by taxi to SM City Ecoland. Strong internet connection, too. Best of all are the staff/owner - they’re very kind, accommodating, and polite (salamat po ng marami, maam and sir. Pleasant place to stay and central. All necessary features (except window)…had curtains though. Breakfast okay. Gave good advice especially on bus to the airport, where to catch it (Mabini Market) and cost (40 pesos) all satisfied my budget.
A very helpful and understanding host. The location is convenient to town centre and dining/shopping area . Surrounded by nice environment and friendly people. The unit got everything you want for long stay Quite yet not deserted, very safe . Free WiFi , Netflix , YouTube provided

Full 1 bedroom apartment, not a studio, so separate bedroom with separate aircon. Apartment doesn’t have balcony but this was clear before coming. - I could live here - highly secure in apartment with lockable draws with provided keys as well as safe unit. - amazing view - landlords super helpful - super powerful aircons - loads of amenties - refrigerated water dispenser - fully stocked kitchen (rare for holiday apartments) - very homely feel - friendly security - very nice urban area
The staffs were very accommodating and they accept extensions per hour, which is a big plus! It is really cheap and good for very affordable quick stay in. Just enough space for backpacker.
Pros for Avida Towers Davao: -Great location, close to shopping places. -Has a swimming pool and gym. -The whole building feels safe. -They have parking area for people with cars. Pros for Room 1514 Review: -Big and stylish room. -Nice couch and very comfy bed pillows. -Useful microwave and small fridge. -The room smells fresh. -Awesome view of the city from the window. -Nice vanity mirror. -Good amount of storage with the cabinet. -They give shampoo.
The staff was friendly and the room condition was very good. I used this lodging company's vehicle when I moved from Panabo to another accommodation in Davao, and although the price was not cheap, I used it comfortably and safely and Will visit again later.
