Riu del Mar Hostel is situated in Dauis, 5.8 km from Hinagdanan Cave and 40 km from Tarsier Conservation Area. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Riu is special! It’s located close enough to the island hustle (I walked across the bridge in to Taglibaran easily) yet also away enough in its own peaceful area to feel like a retreat. It’s a great location to scooter/Tuk tuk down to Alona but also close to the Port and Bohol. The bungalows are spacious with a balcony and if you’re a backpacker like me, easy to catch up on your washing! I was in the shared bungalow with considerate people so it was relaxing and a great experience. The river is great for a cool down swim and the property is well landscaped with some loungers to relax. It is small and very personable for a great experience. The staff and owner are incredibly helpful and also have quality scooters on hand for renting at a great rate.

The price super low and the service and atmosphere amazing. The location very calm and quite and far away from the noise. Food was always fresh. The hostel provides many activities:) The personel is very friendly and helpful. Amazing place !!!! I will be back :)

Situated in Panglao, within 700 metres of Dumaluan Beach and 2.7 km of Libaong White Beach, Izla Soanna features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi as well as free private parking for guests... My favourite hostel in a 2 month trip. At first I was going to stay in Izla Soanna for 3 nights and ended up staying 9 nights an then coming back! The rooms are very clean and comfy, they have a fan per bed and nice mosquito nets. There is also the option of affordable private rooms. The location is just perfect, very near the nicest beach in panglao and at short distance from alona where all the touristy shops are. What I enjoyed the most was the people there, Anna, Flor and Sofia will make you always feel like home, they are extremely nice, helpful and funny. Definitely worth spending some time with them!

Located around 2.3 km from Libaong White Beach, the hostel with free WiFi is also 2.7 km away from Dumaluan Beach.... Very nice hosts, super clean, comfortable! They gave me free motor rides to the centar of the town/beach!

The family were so welcoming, friendly and accomodating. It was such a lovely authentic stay and the highlight of my three weeks in the Phillipines. Fantastic day trip options with the host, loved the food and village location. Option for quality laundry service too. Thanks again for having me!

Toilet and bathroom are separate. The property is near at the airport. 5 mins from the alona beach by motorcycle.

We loved our stay at Chloe‘s. The Wifi is perfect the room is clean also the showers are new and clean. You can also rent a scooter. We tried some seasonal fruits all in all we had a great time.
