Moorea
Situated in Moorea, 2 km from Ta'ahiamanu Beach, Painapaopao Backpacker features accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. Built in 2017, the property is within 12 km of Moorea Green Pearl Golf Course. The accommodation provides a shared kitchen and free WiFi throughout the property. I totally loved it! The staff was really friendly. They also checked me in super early with no extra charge. Inside the dorm bungalow, there are partitions between beds, which give everyone a private small room. Really luxurious conditions for a hostel! The room comes with a mosquistiera, small fan and table lamp. The bathroom, kitchen, and common area are really clean and well equipped. I saw a lot of information, magazines about the island and the activities here (in the common area). You can rent snoring equipment, rent a towel, do a laundry, etc... 5-minute walk there is a small thai food truck (1000xpf for a meal). Gorgeous settings (full of greenery, in a garden).
Moorea

Great location. Spacious accommodation with kitchen and washing facilities. Tennis courts were a bonus and access to the beach.
Amazing snorkelling and variety of fish right at the beach and the reef past the huts. Very fun! Great location. Food was decent but would recommend checking out other options near by.
The dormitory had walls between the beds and that made it seem like I had my own bedroom and, for me, having that privacy was great! Everything was really clean and welcoming. With 2 separate bathrooms for men and women, it was enough for everyone staying there. The kitchen and eating area was really nice, big and clean, with everything you need to store and cook your food.
Was a nice cool room, didn’t hold the heat. Large big comfortable bed. There were kayaks we could use which was awesome as we kayaked to the bay of reef sharks and coconut beach. Great location

Food was good. Quiet and safe place.
Tranquil, clean, private, friendly and great location. The dormitory accomodation is actually more like a private room. Cami is an awesome host, very helpful.
