The staff is very nice too and does it's best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The restaurant can also definitely be recommended.

A really great hostel to stay in! The staff is most hospitable and helpful! It is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood. It was the cleanest hostel I've encountered in Nepal. I can also recommend their restaurant that prepares traditional dishes that are not easy to find.

I had a good time at this hostel. the hostel is so clean staff is very kind and friendly the mattress is very comfortable they have rooftop restaurants they offer delicious meals. Prakash help me to book the hike for 4 nights 5 days which is really worth it. the cost is affordable and they have well experience guide which make my trip more enjoyable thank you for everything. I will be back soon .

They invited us to spend some time with them, shared knowledge and recommendations. They are very knowledgeable about the area and activities, are able to arrange tours and also helped us to get a rental motorcycle for a very fair price! Thank you very much for everything!

I’ve been here for few months. Everything is perfect. All of stuffs here are super enthusiastic and warm. You can always see their smile faces. They change my bed and clean the room frequently. I wanna say thank you for every one of them. You made me feel like home. 💕💕. Definitely a great choice if you looking for a nice and comfortable place to stay in Kathmandu!

Located 7 km from Tribhuvan International Airport and just 1 km from Swayambhunath Temple, The Sparkling Turtle Backpackers Hostel features cozy rooms and free Wi-Fi in public areas. This hostel is a hidden gem, with some of the best views of Kathmandu! The owner is beyond helpful, and really takes care of the place and the visitors. After travelling for 1.5 years in Asia, this place surpasses the standards! I stayed over 15 days here and will definitely come back. Please, if the low number of reviews on Booking holds you back, as it did to me at first, just check the other great reviews 9.4/10 (541 reviews) in hostel world, 4.5/5 (133) in google maps, and 4.5/5 (292) in trip advisor.
