Smøla

Free private parking is available and the hostel also offers bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. Staying at this hostel was a real inspiring experience! We originally planned to stay in Veiholmen but couldn't find accommodation, and how lucky we were to end up here instead. The owner is so friendly and, and has fascinating stories to share. The hostel is lovely, with everything sparkling clean and nicely designed. You can tell they put a personal touch into every little thing. The communal kitchen makes you want to cook all day, and our room was more than great. This place truly makes you feel at home and offers incredible value for money! Smøla itself was a pleasant surprise, with its relaxed atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. We highly, highly recommend this hostel and the overall experience!
Veblungsnes
The rooms at the hostel are fitted with a seating area. Rooms include a kettle, a private bathroom and free WiFi, while certain rooms have a balcony and some have river views. All rooms will provide guests with a fridge. Easy, awesome, great view, quiet location, super relaxed. Awesome windows. I mean, the windows were way cool. Host was pleasant and kind.
Molde
This countryside hostel is located 3 km west of central Molde. It offers free Wi-Fi, communal kitchens and views of the Moldefjord.

Åndalsnes
Situated in Åndalsnes, 32 km from The Romsdalsfjord, Tiglkåk has a number of amenities including a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. Built in 1947, the property is within 38 km of Kylling Bridge and Vermafossen waterfall. The hostel has family rooms. The motto of this property is "Stay Weird" like it says in several places around the house. The place is weird but in a good way. Clean and hospitable, this hostel is an old house decorated in a rather original manner right in Åndalsnes town centre.
Great location, only 10 minutes walking (maximum) to main streets. Flat was lovely, with almost everything you'd need to stay for a longer weekend or maybe even 1 week (bar washing machine/tumble drier, which is a shame). Nicely decorated in a kind of "noir style". Wet room was spacious and shower pressure great!
The view from the cabin is incredible. The cabin was cozy, clean and equipped with everything. We really enjoyed the sunset in the veranda. There was a room with a bunk bed with a bathroom, a French bed in a mezzanine and a living room. On booking we read we had to rent or bring our own towels and bed sheets but actually it was not needed and they gave it us for free. Parking spot included in front of the apartment. Staff was friendly.

This is a student dormitory during the year and a hostel during the summer. The room was spacious and bright with nice view on the sea and the islands. Breakfast was very good. There is also a well equiped gym if you want to work out. There is plenty of parking space available on the property. The building is a bit older but functional. Really good value for the money.
Dormitory style hostel, ca 10-15 minutes walk from Molde center. Nice room, access to kitchen and gym, very good buffet style breakfast. Moldemarka hiking trails just around the corner.
