Loved, loved, loved this place! Much better than the photos. Great host, you can even have dinner there which was delicious. Next to this place is a cute church and a small area where you can swim with the best view ever of a mountain. Definitely recommend!

Situated by the Sør Fjord in the Hardanger region, this guesthouse offers free WiFi and rooms with shared or private bathroom facilities. The 14th-century Ullensvang Church is 150 metres away. The location is absolutely wonderful. The budget room we stayed in was quite comfortable. The hostel is better than the photos. Very good breakfast.

Set in Osa, Hardanger Basecamp offers a garden. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. At the hostel, each room includes a patio with a mountain view. We stayed in a yurt for two nights. The interior was extremely cosy and everything was lovingly decorated. Unfortunately there was a lot of rain during our stay so we could not do too many activities outside. Instead we taught the kids how to make a fire, we had excellent camp meals and at night cuddled in the (heated) yurts with our fluffy blankets. Pancake breakfast was an extraordinary experience in the little café, especially for the children. Overall highly recommended.

This family-run hostel lies by Lake Vangsvatnet, 1 km from the village of Voss. It has a TV lounge and a communal kitchen. Free WiFi is available in common areas. Clean, comfortable and staff were helpful. The view of the lake from the dining room, common area, and back deck was spectacular. Because it was a little away from the town center it was pretty quiet. The breakfast was also great.

Offering a garden, Trolltunga Studios is located in Odda. Folgefonna National Park is 16 km from the property. This stay was perfect for hiking Trolltunga. There is a bus stop with Trolltunga-shuttle just outside (stop E). It has everything you need but bare bones, definitely more of a budget stay but well kept and lovely people.

Staff is very helpful and even though we checked in late midnight still it was very comfortable to get in and stay was also very comfortable
