The owner is very kind and nice. This hostel has a calm vibe. Don't read any more reviews. Just book it!

Route Five Hostel Dorm Kuala Selangor is set in Kuala Selangor, 5.3 km from Sky Mirror Selangor and 49 km from Royal Gallery Selangor. This is a very unique hostel with a very cool library aesthetic. It feels homely and well designed with a lot of character. The bathrooms were clean and my bed was comfy, which comes with a plug and light. It was quiet and I was the only guest at the hostel. My host was great, answering queries quickly regarding early bag drop off, and helping me with booking firefly tours. There are many good seafood restaurants nearby, and a market which opens in the evening. Thanks again, I would not hesitate to book again if I stayed in Kuala Selangor!

This hostel is as central as it gets! Great location close to the night streets and an easy walk to pretty much anything! Very clean. Great showers. Drinking water provided + free cappuccino machine! The dorm rooms are very comfortable. Be advised that the dorm rooms do get noise from the streets below... usually musicians playing. I was easily able to ignore it. The manager is super friendly and goes out of his way to help the guests- he even organized a social event on the rooftop patio of the hostel.

We have here to do with an excellent hostel. It is an apartment arranged in such a way that several people can live there. The beds are very comfortable, the places are clean and they are very well equipped (TV, kitchen, washing machine) the place also has a balcony. The place is located in a building we have access to the rooftop swimming pool which offers us a magnificent view of the city. Finally the manager of the place is a really nice person who does everything to make our stay go wonderfully well. He is available if we have questions and he always has good advice
