The hotel is beautiful. Everything is new and clean. The stuff was very helpful. I stayed in a private room and beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed the service and the food as well.

I've had a great time at la ermita. The staff is overall friendly, the breakfast included is nice to have. I also enjoyed the outside/pool area since it's great to hang out and meet other travelers. The vibe is in general relaxed. My dorm felt like a good size and seemed clean all the time :) in my dorm (female dorm) there were even two bathrooms for 7 people!

The staff were fantastic - they couldn’t do enough for us. Checking that we had everything we needed or asking if we needed assistance with anything during our stay. Xavier also gave us some recommendations if things to do during our short stay which were great. The AC was very powerful in the room. Incense burning in the room was a nice touch. The pool and terrace area was great to hang out in for a quiet drink after a day exploring. Room was spotless

The room is divided into two rooms so it looks like a private, the shower and toilet is inside the room so only for four people. The shower is hot, Breakfast is included and every day is different. If you need to start early the staff cooks breakfast for you earlier. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything that you need. All common places are very clean and cosy. The Wi-Fi is very good at the reception. Quiet place and location is good - not far from the main square
