This flexible attitude is quite special making it very popular with foreign travellers as well as locals. As it is brand new the aircons are clean and powerful unlike many expensive old hotels around Mandalay. If you love to live like a king without paying too much this is a very cool place. It is like having deluxe room at dormitory price ;)
