Located a 20-minute walk from Majorelle Gardens, this riad offers a rooftop terrace with views of the Atlas Mountains. I stayed in a dorm room and it was one of the best ones I've ever stayed at. Every single member of the staff that I had a contact with was wonderful. The location is great, the common areas are beautiful and the best part was the rooftop. Breakfast was fulfilling and nice and wifi was fast enough to allow me to do some work remotely. It was easy to meet other people and I met many who had stayed there before already, so it really is a special place. I will stay there again when I visit Marrakech again.

The boss showed me my room and introduced the facilities of the house. The whole atmosphere is just like being at home. The boss's service is also very good. Breakfast was very delicious.

Thus beautifully done out guest house has the most incredible chilled out vibe. The terrace overlooks the surf so you can keep an eye out for the swell and is perfect for a spot of yoga or just chilling watching the sunrise and sunset. It is set in a quiet, rural village and although I would recommend having a car, there were lovely walks to explore the dunes, beaches and landscapes. Food is delicious and hosts friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Boasting a shared lounge, a terrace as well as a restaurant, Riad Dar Afram is set in the centre of Essaouira, 700 metres from Plage d'Essaouira. This dar has a nice décor with a lot of artwork, clean rooms, ample warm shower and a rooftop with a good view. And the location is excellent, close to the coast and close to many good restaurants, cafes and shops. The homemade breakfast was also very good!
